Aiming for university

College can provide you with a way of getting into University.  Even if you have no qualifications at the moment there is still a starting point for you.

As a stepping stone to University you can start at college at:

Non-advanced level: entry with no formal qualifications is available at this level.  Progression is then available onto advanced level at college on successful completion of non-advanced course(s).
Advanced level (HN level study): Progression onto university is available through established, articulated links.  Entry to University at Year 2 or 3 is dependent on success at college e.g. an HNC qualification may allow entry to Year 2 of a degree and an HND may allow entry to Year 3 (where progressing onto a related degree).
